Welcoming to our stable of merry music makers all the way from St. Petersburg is Diskette with a 3 tracker of synth heavy cosmic space disco grooves that take a big nod to those really cool as heck soundtracks from the 1980's whilst also tipping its hat to the stylings of Lindstrøm & Prins Thomas.

The title track cranks up the epic-o-metre right from the off with a spikey arp accompanying a big thunder bass before being joined by some stabby synths & strings, this is synthwave-groove all the way.

That's Not True is defo the most 'house' member of the trio with jazz-esque chords alongside some loose skippy beats & percussion & dreamy chords. Kinda deep house but in the proper sense with not a vest or 'bro' in sight. Hazy, lazy summer action!

Honey Melts perfectly finishes of this 3 track trip through the cosmos and its 4 & ½ mins of a pure synth driven dream over the laser grids & neon skyline of Diskette's musical mind. Absolute stunning, simple, unique yet familiar.just add a sunset and a white Ferrari Testarrosa.
